Shipping Guidelines

Post Office Box Address: Due to carrier restrictions and our current shipment policy do not allow shipments to P.O. Box addresses.

APO and FPO Address: Due to UPS and FedEx Restrictions and our current shipment policy we do not allow shipments to U.S. Military addresses such as APO and FPO.

International Addresses: Due to our manufacturer agreements, we are not permitted to ship products to addresses outside the Continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Shipping Time Lines
90% of all orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days. 

Items available for order may not necessarily be in stock and may take up to 7 business days to ship. 

Special order items can take up to 7-10 business days to ship.

Delivery time for UPS or Fedex ground is 3 to 6 business days from date of shipment.  In some cases we will change your selected shipping carrier to offer the quickest shipping option for your item(s).

Take in to consideration processing time when ordering.  Order shipping time is from date of shipment, not from date of order.

All items over 100 lbs must ship by truck, please allow 3 to 10 days for truck deliveries. All truck shipments are curbside delivery; upgraded services such as lift gate and inside delivery can be purchased for additional costs. Please email for pricing.

Requests for specific delivery times ("We need this by Friday")  cannot be guaranteed or granted and no special time request can be honored.

Weekend and Holiday Shipping:
TechSupplyPlus does not ship on weekends or USA holidays and these days do not count as part of the delivery time.


All products sold by are new, factory sealed & covered by manufacturer warranties unless otherwise specified. If you find your package is not delivered in this condition, please contact us immediately at [email protected] does not offer any technical assistance. We cannot offer advice on compatibility of items. We are not technicians, only a quality retailer with competitive prices. On most products we provide detailed specifications. To obtain information about our products please contact the manufacturers for accurate answers to your technical questions and compatibility. Most information on a product can be found on the manufactures website. Always check for compatibility before purchase, as "I bought the wrong item" is not our fault and therefore, we cannot accept a return because of it.

Errors or omissions in descriptive, typographic, pricing and/or photographic representation are subject to correction. We reserve the right to modify this site's content at any time.

Items are listed by the manufacturer product number, any picture are for representative purposes only and may not be a correct representation of actual product. If you have any doubts always check the manufacture's website.

Special Orders: Special orders cannot be cancelled unless approved by email. Once a special order ships it cannot be cancelled or returned. Please email if you have any questions.

Refused or Unreachable Deliveries

If the shipment is "returned to shipper" or refused, or cannot be delivered because of incorrect address, Professional Broadcast Supply will credit the customer back less a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  If not all items are refused then only the items received back will be refunded. All orders that are refused are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping fees.

Credit Card Charges

Final credit card charges will be processed upon purchase of your order. Any additional or post order charges such as additional shipping, handling, or special delivery charges, and tax which cannot be calculated via online order checkout process, may be charged separately and may appear as a separate charge on your credit card statement and in some cases if there is low stock or an error in pricing your order will be cancelled.  Customers will be notified of additional shipping or tax charges and we will always ask for your approval of any additional charges.  Customer will be notified if there is a cancellation of order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are displayed upon checkout of your order. Although tries to display accurate shipping charges upon checkout, in some limited cases, additional shipping charges may be required after order has been placed to cover shipping calculation errors generated by shipping software or other shipping miss-calculations (weight or size issues) that can occur upon checkout. In these cases, additional shipping charges will be applied after we have notified you for your approval by email. If shipping charges do not show up upon checkout, shipping charges will be added later and customer will be notified for approval of charges. In the above limited cases, customer will only be charged actual carrier shipping charges and will not be charged for any handling such as boxing or packing fees. We reserve the right to update a shipping cost if the product is being shipped by freight or if there is an error on our site.  Some of our larger item’s such as furniture is an estimated cost.  Depending on the location it may change.  We will always get your approval for any additional charges.

Sales Tax charges sales tax for any internet orders placed from the state of Washington or New York. If your billing address or you are shipping your order to any address in the states of Washington or New York you will be charged the appropriate sales tax percentage for the address your order is being shipped to.

Return Policy

14 DAY DEFECTIVE EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY offers a 14 DAY DEFECTIVE EXCHANGE /  RETURN POLICY  for products purchased directly from, on an approved case by case basis, provided that the product is returned in the original "SEALED, UNOPENED BOX.  If item is defective we will work with you to get a replacement once item has been returned. will deduct up to a 25% restocking fee (but no less than 20%) from the price of any merchandise returned if item is not defective.   Shipping charges are not refundable on returned merchandise. will refuse any returned merchandise if items are not returned in the original “SEALED, UNOPENED BOX”.

Customers are responsible for insuring each return and all carrier shipping charges on the return. will not accept returns via any other carrier other than UPS or FedEx. Customer will e-mail the tracking number to [email protected] within 24hrs of return pickup.

Due to various manufacturer restrictions and polices on merchandise returns, all sales are final. Customers must contact the manufacturer directly for product repairs or replacements:

All items being returned must get a return authorization number within 14 days of receipt of the item and prior to being shipped back. There can be up to a 25% restocking fee on returned orders (no less than 20%) and shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges must be pre-paid otherwise shipments will be refused. All items will be inspected to insure the product is returnable. Once approved for return the credit card will be credited the cost of the item excluding the shipping charges and up to a 25% restocking free. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. Customer assumes full responsibility for any return shipping.


Receiving Incorrect Merchandise: Please email [email protected] Please indicate "WRONG ITEM RECEIVED" in the subject line and let us know the item and item identification code of the product you did receive.  We will immediately check it against stock and take care of any miss-ships that are sent.   This is very very rare as all items are scanned at the time of shipment to double check the item against the order.



Defective or DOA Merchandise Exchange:

In cases where the item is defective we will provide (in most cases) a pre paid shipping label for exchange of defective merchandise. Again Defective merchandise can only be EXCHANGED -  for the same item.  Items will be inspected at time of return.   In most cases defective merchandise can only be returned for an exchange for the same item.  Please inspect and test your items immediately, as we only accept returns for 14 days after you receive your item.  Once again, Defective merchandise can only be returned for an exchange for the same item.


If the item appears to have obvious damaged by the carrier, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package or we cannot file a damage claim. If a package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait, and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged and if they are damaged refuse the package.

Custom Items (ie. Cables, Wall Plates, Rack Panels) May Not Be Returned. Bulk Cable Cut to Order by the foot is non returnable, nor are Electrical Components, Connectors or Adapters which have been Installed and/or terminated. Any returns over 14 days are subject to refusal (must be in resalable condition). Special Order, Non-Stock items and Drop Shipped items from TechSupplyPlus's manufacturers may be subject to vendor restocking fees in addition to TechSupplyPlus's. BEFORE returning items for any reason, an RA# (return authorization) must be obtained

International Orders/Shipments: Payment of all shipping costs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of international customer.   If items are returned for non-payment of taxes or duties a 25 % return fee will be applied and any shipping fees paid will not be refunded or reimbursed.
